What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders vary by grade — from 10 kg for Premium/Super up to 25 kg for Grade B and C. Full minimums are listed on our Products page. We accommodate smaller sample orders before bulk commitments.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and ready for shipment within 20 to 30 days of confirmation. Actual transit time depends on your destination country and chosen shipping method.
Do you provide CITES documentation?
Yes — every shipment is accompanied by valid CITES Appendix II export permits, SATS-DN domestic transport documentation, and SVLK timber legality certification.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
